Litigation - the Diocese of San Diego

There has been only one reported case from the Diocese of San Diego, where Bishop Mathes has been just as aggressive as Bishop Bruno in going after departing parishes. It involved St. John's in Fallbrook, and is analyzed in the post linked below. There are two other cases still making their way through the lower court, involving St. Anne's of Oceanside and Holy Trinity in San Diego.
