Tim Berners-Lee is an engaging and infectiously persuasive speaker, and clearly very knowledgeable.
ReplyDeleteDo I think his ideas should be acted upon, as he so strongly urges? Yes. (It is difficult to say no, since I'm benefiting from one of them right now.)
Do I have any concerns about all this? Well, yes... how much more difficult will it be for me to protect my own private data? If I understood him correctly, he is suggesting that I, personally, should be linked as an http address !
