I believe that ECSC and its attorneys would likely be pleased to be placed in the role of potential martyrdom if sanctions against ECSC and its attorneys were to be sought--a situation that wouldn't appear to be in the interest of Diocese of SC and its attorneys or conservative Anglicans and Episcopalians.
