In fact, it seems that our lead att'y, Shelby Sharp, was reading law publication/magazine and ran across Judge Bristers' firm. The "advertisement" stated that Brister was seeking clients specifically in church property cases. Sharp contacted him and the rest is history. Surely, the Lord directed our att'y to read that article.SVCVergerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03401830625191873904noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-759178030677978044.post-58994434802176652312012-05-29T13:18:43.922-07:002012-05-29T13:18:43.922-07:00Nice to read some good news regarding the good guy...Nice to read some good news regarding the good guys for a change.Carolynhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10848579024671146771noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-759178030677978044.post-23855526061254353222012-05-29T07:24:54.876-07:002012-05-29T07:24:54.876-07:00Even this humble servant could follow your explana...Even this humble servant could follow your explanation. Thank you for your excellent expositio...Mr. Haley,

Thank you for your excellent exposition of Judge Brister's brief. And very nicely done, indeed, Judge Brister! Lawyers such as the good Judge help me to overcome my sense that there are far too many lawyers (and judges) in this country who do not, for whatever reason, apply sufficient rigor to the application of the laws, nor to the consequences thereof. Laudo Deum enim comptetenti legisperitis iudicesque.

Pax et bonum,
Keith TöpferMartial Artisthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11679584221923893460noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-759178030677978044.post-82393076820441371012012-05-27T18:25:04.768-07:002012-05-27T18:25:04.768-07:00I hope that the ACNA church and Presbyterian churc...I hope that the ACNA church and Presbyterian church that have petitioned for a writ of certiorari to the US Supreme Court take note as well. I also hope that if cert is granted, that they retain Judge Brister's services.
