I imagine it depends a lot upon where the meeting is held, and who lives close enough to come, etc. I can tell you this: as the number of retired bishops has gotten larger, and as not very many of them show up for meetings (10 out of 152 at this one), the pressure is building for a change to the Constitution that would take away their right to a vote altogether. (It passed the House of Bishops once, but did not pass the House of Deputies.)A. S.
